AS/RS Trilateral Stacker Cranes
Couldn't load pickup availability
The MT0 AS/RS trilateral stacker crane combines the flexibility of battery-powered trilateral forklifts with the precision of automation. Its trilateral extraction mechanism rotates forks 90° to store and retrieve pallets from both sides of a narrow aisle, reaching heights of nearly 50 ft. Unlike traditional trilateral forklifts, the MT0 does not require an onboard operator; it is controlled through Easy WMS and moves along rails without a portal or guidance system. This design allows facilities to automate existing narrow-aisle warehouses while retaining direct pallet access.
Automated trilateral stacker cranes replace manned trilateral forklifts. They rotate forks to access pallets from three sides, providing affordable automation while reducing labour costs and increasing operational efficiency.
MT cranes are simple to implement, reduce picking errors, improve security, and have low maintenance costs, making them a practical automation solution for many warehouse operations.
Warehouses with narrow aisles and high-stacking requirements benefit most from automated trilateral cranes because they maximise available space while maintaining direct and selective access to pallets.
This automation system is project-based and quoted after reviewing facility layout, load data, throughput goals, software needs, safety requirements, and destination. Shipping method, lead time, installation scope, and commissioning are confirmed with your quote. Systems may ship in phases and include rack, machines, shuttles, controls, electrical parts, safety equipment, and software hardware. Installation requires qualified mechanical, electrical, controls, and commissioning support.
