Carton Flow Racks use sloped wheel and roller tracks to deliver cartons by gravity from the stocking side to the pick face, separating replenishment from picking. The tracks clip into frames without fasteners and can be repositioned to accommodate varying carton sizes, while lane guides and adjustable shelves maintain product organization. Optional tilt trays at the pick face present products at an ergonomic angle for order pickers. By maintaining FIFO rotation and providing constant stock visibility, these systems can reduce labor costs by up to 75% compared with static shelving.

They are widely used in distribution centres handling fast-moving consumer goods, pharmaceuticals and other industries requiring high-efficiency case picking.

Carton flow racks use inclined wheel and roller platforms to gravitate stock to the picker, delivering perfect product rotation under a first-in, first-out (FIFO) system.

The gravity-fed design brings goods to the front automatically, enabling high-efficiency order picking, better visibility and fast reconfiguration for changing SKU profiles.

They are ideal for distribution centres or picking areas where fast, accurate picking and good stock rotation are critical.

This flow rack system is made to order and quoted based on load size, load weight, lane depth, flow method, facility layout, and destination. Shipping cost and lead time are confirmed with your quote. Components ship as industrial freight and may include frames, beams, flow lanes, rollers, rails, carts, guides, and hardware. A forklift or dock may be required. Installation should be completed by qualified installers using approved drawings, with proper leveling, anchoring, pitch, and flow testing.
