The high-performance pick station is an ergonomic goods-to-person workstation designed for high-volume order consolidation. Totes containing SKUs arrive on an upper conveyor; operators remove items and deposit them into up to six order totes on the lower level. The system supports pick rates up to 1,000 picks per hour and conveyors move goods at speeds up to 3.3 ft/min, eliminating travel within the warehouse. Integrated pick/put-to-light devices and Easy WMS instructions virtually eliminate picking errors, while safety features-such as light curtains and a safety perimeter-protect workers.
Operators can adjust the workstation height for ergonomics, and the system handles totes up to 110 lb in ambient or refrigerated environments.
